Key Highlights

User Review System:

For Clients:
  • Clients can now leave reviews for services they’ve purchased and completed.
  • Subscription-based service reviews are allowed after at least one cycle is completed.
  • Agencies can request reviews manually, with the option to include a personalized thank-you message.
  • Review Submission:
  • 5-star rating system with an optional detailed feedback field (up to 500 characters).
  • Visible service name and order ID for reference.
Review Management:
  • For Agencies (Super Admin/Admin):
  • View all reviews with detailed feedback and ratings.
  • Moderate reviews by approving or deleting inappropriate submissions.
  • Receive notifications for new reviews.

For Clients:

  • View reviews on service pages with filters for ratings (e.g., 5-star, 4-star).
  • Access detailed reviews for informed decision-making.
Review Display:

Service Pages:

  • Average ratings are prominently displayed.
  • Breakdown of ratings by stars.
  • Latest 3–5 reviews are shown, with options to explore more.

    • Manage tokens via a detailed table with name, value, and creation date.
    • Deleted tokens are blacklisted immediately, ensuring security.
Bug Fixes
  • Resolved multi-label issues for clients.
  • Fixed attachment uploads in closed tickets.
  • Improved ticket table with added subject columns and sorting.
