We recently spoke with Molli, who shared how Agency Handy became the single platform where she manages her services, mentorships, partnerships, and payments.

About

I’m Molli Lou, and I run Strategy Sculptors—a small team focused on high-frequency lead generation and mentoring new business consultants. I also collaborate on side projects and partnerships, so keeping things flexible is core to how we work.

What Wasn’t Working Before Using Agency Handy?

Before we moved to Agency Handy, everything felt patched together. With duct tape!!!!

Google Docs for client notes. Email for follow-ups. Stripe in another tab. Forms built somewhere else. Nothing was in sync with each other, and every new project added another layer of chaos.

We even tried a few project management tools. But they were either too locked in or too rigid. I don’t run a factory—I needed something that could flex with how I work, not force me into someone else’s workflow.

Honestly, I was just tired of bouncing between tabs and hoping I didn’t miss another important update.

Finding Agency Handy at Just the Right Time

I was looking for something that could help me organize my business without overcomplicating everything. I tried a few other tools before.

But honestly, none of them really fit the way I work. They just felt off.

I found Agency Handy through AppSumo, drawn in by the clean, simple Service Catalog.

What started as a way to organize offers quickly became the home base for managing leads, forms, subscriptions, and payments—all without hopping between five different tools.

That’s when I realized that I could finally run everything from one place without jumping between five different apps. It’s made handling my mentorship and consulting stuff way smoother.

The Features That Actually Made a Difference

What really made a difference for us was how everything just came together in one place.

The Service Catalog was what pulled me in. But it didn’t stop there.

Once I got in, I started using forms for all the weird little side projects I spin up. Instead of duct-taping a Typeform and emailing it later, I just drop it into Agency Handy and keep it moving.

We’ve also been using the custom forms a lot. They’re flexible enough to work across the random side projects we run. Also, I don’t have to work with extra tools just to collect basic info.

The client portal’s been especially solid for the mentorship side of things. That’s where clients sign up, pay, get their resources, and manage their subscriptions. That honestly saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Setting up the custom domain and Stripe took maybe a few minutes. I’ve also started testing the proposal builder and handling leads inside Agency Handy.

What are the Results You Have Achieved?

Honestly, the major benefit of using Agency Handy is that I don’t have to ask “Where’s that?” five times a day anymore.

Now I feel like I’m actually running a system.

Everything is in one place: service listings, proposals, onboarding flows, payments, even client access.

And the Notion integration? Huge. It gives me just enough flexibility to tweak things without losing the structure I need.

I haven’t used the time tracking feature yet and that’s fine. Once I do, maybe, I’ll put in some feedback. But everything else? It’s part of my rhythm now.

Do You Have Any Favorite Features of Agency Handy?

The Service Catalog was the hook. It let me lay out my mentorship and consulting offers in a way that actually looked legit.

But the real game changer has been the Custom Forms.

I use them for everything—client intake, side projects, random use cases I’d normally have to rig together with other tools. It’s fast, flexible, and saves me from app overload.

In addition, the Custom Forms functionality has been equally essential —

  • Allows rapid deployment for side projects without platform switching
  • Supports diverse workflows with minimal setup time
  • Enables consistent data capture across client touchpoints

Together, those two features have made it possible to run Strategy Sculptors like a real operation, without stripping away the way I like to work. I get structure where I need it and freedom where I want it.

That balance is everything.

Manage clients, projects, invoices, and payments in one platform. No more back and forth.
