About the Role

Agency Handy is looking for a skilled Mobile App Developer who is passionate about building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that power real-world agency workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning product ideas into smooth, reliable mobile experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with our product, design, and backend teams to ship features that users actually rely on every day.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS
• Work with Flutter, React Native, or native platforms (Kotlin / Swift)
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile apps
• Ensure app performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Debug, optimize, and continuously improve existing applications
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver polished UX
• Participate in code reviews and follow mobile development best practices

Requirements

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in mobile app development
• Practical experience with Flutter or React Native (preferred)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Play Store / App Store deployment processes
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile apps
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications)
• Knowledge of state management (Provider, Bloc, Redux, etc.)
• Experience with version control (Git)
• Previous experience working in a startup or agency environment

Compensation

BDT 35,000 – 45,000 / month
