About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who thinks like a product person — someone who goes beyond aesthetics to shape how people experience our digital products. At Agency Handy, we value curiosity, ownership, and a commitment to solving real problems through thoughtful design. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product owners, and the leadership team to turn ideas into intuitive, meaningful experiences — and continue refining them as real users interact with the product. For us, launching something doesn’t mean it’s done; we believe in continuous improvement based on feedback from thousands of active users.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire product design lifecycle — from discovery and wireframes to final UI and post-launch iteration.
• Approach design challenges with a problem-solving and user-centric mindset.
• Collaborate closely with developers and incorporate feedback constructively and optimistically.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Figma AI, Midjourney) to enhance design efficiency and ideation.
• Conduct and analyze user feedback to drive ongoing design improvements.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain visual and functional consistency across products.
• Be accountable not only for design files but for the long-term success and usability of the product.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in SaaS or digital product environments.
• A product-minded designer who combines creativity with practical problem-solving. 
• Demonstrated ability to go beyond limits to find effective, user-centered solutions. 
• Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously. 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with openness to feedback. 
• Comfortable using AI assistance to improve productivity and insight. 
• Solid understanding of interaction design, usability, and modern UI frameworks. 
• A portfolio showcasing thoughtful design processes and measurable product impact.

Nice to Have 

• Experience working in cross-functional teams within startups or digital agencies. 
• Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind, Figma tokens, or scalable design systems. 
• Awareness of accessibility principles and responsive design best practices.

Compensation

60,000 – 80,000 BDT/month
