Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

As a Technical Support Engineer at Agency Handy, you’ll be the frontline problem-solver for our customers. You’ll help agencies navigate the product, resolve technical issues, and ensure a smooth experience across workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, communicating clearly, and working closely with both customers and internal teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with software-related questions and technical issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Guide users through Agency Handy’s features and workflows
  • Document, track, and follow up on issues until resolution
  • Communicate confidently via calls, chat, and written messages
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases

Requirements

  • CSE background or strong technical understanding of software systems
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in technical or customer support roles
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or web-based platforms
  • Experience handling customer tickets or support documentation

Compensation

20,000 – 35,000 BDT/month

Work Schedule

  • Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Weekend: Friday & Saturday
