About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer at Agency Handy, you’ll be the frontline problem-solver for our customers. You’ll help agencies navigate the product, resolve technical issues, and ensure a smooth experience across workflows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, communicating clearly, and working closely with both customers and internal teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with software-related questions and technical issues
- Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, effective solutions
- Guide users through Agency Handy’s features and workflows
- Document, track, and follow up on issues until resolution
- Communicate confidently via calls, chat, and written messages
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
Requirements
- CSE background or strong technical understanding of software systems
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in technical or customer support roles
- Familiarity with SaaS products or web-based platforms
- Experience handling customer tickets or support documentation
Compensation
20,000 – 35,000 BDT/month
Work Schedule
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Weekend: Friday & Saturday
