Agency Handy Terms and Conditions

  3. Fraudulent or Harmful Activities
    • Engaging in fraudulent activity, including impersonating others, providing false information, or misrepresenting yourself or your company.
    • Distributing malware, spyware, viruses, or any harmful code through the Platform.
  4. Infringing Intellectual Property
    • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material without proper authorization.
  5. Harassment or Abusive Behavior
    • Harassing, threatening, or otherwise mistreating other users, clients, or employees of Agency Handy.
    • Posting or transmitting any offensive, hateful, or discriminatory material or comments, including any content that promotes violence, racism, or intolerance.
  6. Spam or Unsolicited Communication
    • Sending spam, unsolicited marketing materials, or promotional content to users or clients through the platform.
    • Using the Platform for unauthorized mass communications, including any form of “junk mail,” “spam,” or “chain letters.”
  7. Unauthorized Access
    • Attempting to access or gain unauthorized access to another user’s account, data, or systems through hacking, password mining, or any other illegal means.
    • Circumventing any security or access controls in place to prevent unauthorized access to the Platform.
  8. Exploiting User Data

  12. Encouraging or Enabling Any of the Above
    • Encouraging or enabling any individual or entity to engage in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

Consequences of Violating Prohibited Activities

If you engage in any of the above prohibited activities, we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and access to the services. In addition, we may take legal action to recover damages and enforce compliance.

  • User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using Agency Handy services. However, by uploading content to the Platform, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it as necessary to provide our services.

10. Limitations of Liability

Agency Handy will not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

14. Refund and Billing Policy

General Policy

At Agency Handy, we aim to be transparent and fair with our billing practices.

All payments made for our products and services are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Once a payment is successfully processed, access to the platform, features, and documentation is provided immediately.

Because of the nature of digital services, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial usage, unused time, or changes in circumstances.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription, your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Renewal charges are treated as new payments. And subscription payments are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, monitor renewal dates, and cancel in advance if you do not wish to continue.

We strongly recommend reviewing your subscription details regularly from your account dashboard.

Lifetime Deals

Lifetime deals are one-time payments that grant access based on the terms presented at the time of purchase.

Lifetime plans do not renew. Once access is granted, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Offers and Discounts

Agency Handy may offer discounts, promotions, or special pricing from time to time.

Discounts may be time-limited or lifetime, as described at checkout.

Promotional pricing does not change the non-refundable nature of purchases.

All discounted purchases are considered final.

When Refunds Are Not Provided

Refunds or credits are not issued for:

  • Lack of usage or inactivity
  • Change of mind
  • Business closure or internal changes
  • Misunderstanding of features or product scope
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal

We encourage users to review product information carefully and, where available, use free trials or demos before purchasing.
